4. Limitation of Liability

WIN 1 - ESPORTZ is not liable for any game glitches, server issues from the game developer's end, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

1. Tournament Cancellations

If a tournament is cancelled by WIN 1 - ESPORTZ due to technical issues or lack of participants, the full entry fee will be refunded to the user's wallet immediately.

2. User Refunds

Once you join a match, the entry fee is non-refundable unless the match itself is cancelled. If you fail to join the room ID at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

3. Transaction Failures

In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted from your bank but not credited to the WIN 1 - ESPORTZ wallet, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days.

1. No Cheating / Hacking

Use of aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, or any third-party tools is strictly prohibited. If detected, the user's account on WIN 1 - ESPORTZ will be permanently banned and funds frozen.

2. Teaming Up

Teaming up with enemies in Solo or Duo matches to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of Fair Play. Reports of teaming will be investigated and penalized.

3. Emulator Usage

Unless specifically mentioned as an "Emulator Match", players must play on mobile devices. Emulator players detected in mobile-only lobbies will be disqualified without refund.
